By accessing or using PromptPop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

PromptPop provides AI-powered image generation tools using Stable Diffusion models. The Service allows users to create images from text prompts, transform existing images, and upscale images using artificial intelligence.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Tokens & Payments

The Service uses a token-based system. Free tokens are granted weekly. Additional tokens can be purchased or obtained through a Pro subscription. Token purchases are non-refundable. Token balances do not expire. We reserve the right to modify token pricing and grant amounts with reasonable notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of images you generate through the Service. You are free to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes. However, you may not claim that AI-generated images are human-made artwork in contexts where such distinction matters.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Generate content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the token system
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime or modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
