We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process payments and manage your token balance
  • Store your generated images in your personal gallery
  • Improve the Service and user experience
  • Communicate important updates about your account

3. Data Security

We take security seriously. Your password is hashed using bcrypt and is never stored in plain text. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

4. Data Retention

Your account data and generated images are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and generated images will be permanently removed from our servers. Transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • InvokeAI/Stable Diffusion: For AI image generation (self-hosted)

Your prompts and generated images are processed locally on our servers and are not shared with external AI services.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the Service to function properly and cannot be disabled.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data through your account settings
  • Update or correct your profile information
  • Download your generated images from your gallery
